ADVERTISING SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND RATES

AHAA Email Newsletter Advertising

• Maximum 5 - 7 sentence paragraph description in length. We find that many readers do not like to scroll down long newsletters so the shorter length is important.
• Please send newsletter ads as announcements within the email in Georgia 12 point as a web friendly font in a consistent style format left justified. Bold only key titles without underlines or italics.
• Announcements as attachments are not accepted.

On-line and Enewsletter Professional Advertising Rates

Members

• Single notice - $8
• Multiple notices (inclusion in our monthly enewsletter plus periodic multiple notices within a month) - $10.
• Two months of notices - $15.
• Weblinks - Each link to an advertiser's web page - $10

Non-Members

• Add $5 per notice or $10 per month to member rates.
