Please, read these guidelines before submitting to our publications.

ADVERTISING SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND RATES
AHAA Email Newsletter Advertising
Maximum 5 - 7 sentence paragraph description in length. We find that many readers do not like to scroll down long newsletters so the shorter length is important.
Please send newsletter ads as announcements within the email in Veranda 12 point as a web friendly font in a consistent style format left justified. Bold only key titles without underlines or italics.
Announcements as attachments are not accepted.
On-line and Enewsletter Professional Advertising Rates
Members
Single notice up to 30 words - $10
Multiple notices (inclusion in our quarterly enewsletter plus periodic news update within the quarter) - $20.
Repeating notices in multiple enewsletter issues and/or updates - $8.
Weblinks - Each hyperlink to an advertiser's web page - $10
Non-Members
Add $8 per notice &/or weblink to our member rates.
